Publication Ethics

All manuscripts submitted through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) are processed using a double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure objectivity and impartiality. The process begins with manuscript submission and continues with an editorial pre-check that takes approximately 3–4 weeks. During this stage, the editor evaluates the manuscript’s conformity with the journal’s aims and scope, author guidelines, formatting requirements, and conducts plagiarism screening.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening proceed to the peer review stage, which generally requires 8–10 weeks. The editor assigns independent reviewers with relevant expertise to assess the manuscript’s originality, methodological rigor, analytical quality, clarity of presentation, and scholarly contribution. Based on reviewers’ recommendations, authors may be required to revise their manuscripts within approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the extent of revisions.
Following the evaluation of the revised manuscript, the editor issues a final decision within about 2–3 weeks. Accepted manuscripts enter the production stage, including copyediting (2–3 weeks), layout (2 weeks), and proofreading (2 weeks). After completion of all production processes, the article is published within approximately 2 weeks and made accessible to readers in accordance with the journal’s publication policy.
