Author Guidelines

Global Journal of Physics (GJPHY) publishes peer-reviewed, high-quality research in physics, including theoretical physics, experimental physics, applied physics, materials science, astrophysics, and computational physics. Manuscripts must be original, rigorous, and contribute to the advancement of physical science.


1. General Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere
  • Articles must follow the official journal template
  • Use clear and formal academic English
  • All submissions undergo double-blind peer review
  • Scientific methods and results must be accurate and reproducible

2. Manuscript Structure

Title
Maximum 15 words. Must clearly reflect the physical phenomenon or topic studied.

Author Information

  • Full names without academic titles
  • Affiliation: department, institution, city, country
  • Email of corresponding author

Abstract
150–250 words in one paragraph. Must include background, objective, method, main results, and conclusion. Avoid citations and undefined symbols.

Keywords
Provide 3–5 keywords related to physics topics.

Introduction

  • Explain scientific background and motivation
  • State the research problem clearly
  • Provide brief review of relevant literature
  • Highlight novelty and contribution

Methods / Experimental or Theoretical Approach

  • Describe experimental setup or theoretical framework
  • Explain materials, instruments, and procedures
  • Present equations and models clearly
  • Specify computational methods if applicable

Results

  • Present findings clearly and systematically
  • Use tables, graphs, and figures where necessary
  • Report measurements with appropriate units and uncertainty

Discussion

  • Interpret results based on physical principles
  • Compare with theoretical predictions or previous studies
  • Explain implications and applications
  • Discuss limitations

Conclusion

  • Summarize key findings
  • Highlight contributions to physics
  • Suggest future research directions

Additional Sections

  • Acknowledgments (optional)
  • Funding information
  • Author contributions
  • Conflict of interest statement
  • Data availability statement
  • Declaration of AI use

3. Equations and Units

  • Use standard SI units
  • Ensure equations are clearly written and properly numbered
  • Define all variables and constants
  • Maintain consistent notation throughout

4. Tables and Figures

  • Number tables and figures sequentially
  • Provide clear titles and captions
  • Must be cited in the text
  • Use high-resolution images and graphs

5. References

  • Use APA 7th Edition style
  • Minimum 15 references
  • At least 80% from recent scholarly sources
  • Arrange alphabetically
  • Include DOI or URL when available

6. Publication Ethics

  • Follow COPE guidelines
  • No plagiarism, falsification, or fabrication
  • Proper citation is mandatory
  • All authors must approve the submission
